Generic
Program for GGW

Sutra Recitation – Local
Doshi and whole group recites.

Self Introduction – Each
member of the congregation introduces him/her self.

Purpose of training –
This should be explained by Groom Group Membe.

Objective of training
– To create leaders for the future.

To achieve the
objective of 30,000 members.
-
To remove the problems
created by not enough Oya – Ko relationships.

Personal experiences by
members of area. The numbers can be decided by
situation in the GGW.

Open house discussion on
the why and whereof of the area.

GG gives guidance which
is area specific. Here we have on the spot training
for sub-leaders in the method of Reiyukai practice,
including role play, inter-member discussions etc.

Determination of future
targets. This must be at individual levels, right up
to area levels.

The generic program
above is for guidelines. Area specific programs may
differ in micro content.
